Nature’s Way is sponsoring today’s post, but as always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Happy almost fall, y’all! We had a brief (too brief if you ask me) preview of fall weather, and I couldn’t be more excited. Summer was great. Easily one of the best summers I’ve had, but it’s safe to say I’m looking forward to much cooler weather.
As most of you probably know and/or could tell. Things have been a little quieter around these parts than normal. I took some time this summer to reevaluate some things, enjoy myself, and focus on feeling good again.
I’ve been working out at a new gym for the last 2 months and religiously go at least 5-6 times a week. The results I’ve seen are outstanding, and I feel better than I have in a long, long time. I’m able to wear clothes I’ve not been able to fit into in 2+ years, and more than anything I feel comfortable in my own skin again. Of course, that’s something that’s very, very important across the board but even more so with the line of work I’m in.
More to come on where I’m working out and how that is all going soon, but today I wanted to share something else I recently worked into my daily routine. Nature’s Way NutraVegeprovides a premium source of Omega-3s, without the fish. For those of you that may not know, I was vegetarian for over 8 years. Back when I was meatless it was next to impossible to find supplements like this! A large portion of my friend group is actually still vegetarian to this day, and was thrilled when I told them about this latest innovation from Nature’s Way.
Since I completed Whole 30 earlier this year I’ve been on a mission to be more aware of what goes into my body – especially now that I’m working out 5-6 days a week. With the focus of my workouts being around my heart rate I take NutraVege to help support my cardiovascular health.* Because after all, I’m not getting any younger, and I’m in fact working out harder than I have in years.
