I stop at the same spot every time I pass through Nashville, Pinewood Social, and the main reason I stop in is because of their Fried Broccoli. After coming home from my latest trip I thought to try my hand at it at home. The results? Pretty dang delicious. And while I’ll still have to drive to Nashville to enjoy bowling during dinner I can at least satisfy this craving at home now.
And y’all can as well! I picked up LouAna Liquid Coconut Oil during my last run to Kroger, and it’s the perfect medium to fry up broccoli at home. Now this isn’t deep-fried broccoli by any means, but it’s a nice crispy snack that’s still good for you! Like a veggie fry, made even more delicious with the addition of LouAna Organic Coconut Oil.
For over 120 years LouAna has been crafting the most trusted cooking oils in the country, and they’re just as handy outside the kitchen! From oil pulling (a favorite routine of mine in the mornings) to homemade toothpaste and everything in between. Its uses are literally endless. Grab my recipe below and check out all the other uses for LouAna Coconut Oil here. When you try out the Fried Broccoli be sure to leave me a comment below and let me know what y’all think!
