I know some people that are incredibly opposed to wearing denim. They say it makes them feel constricted and/or jeans are just too tight. I, on the other hand, think the exact opposite. There’s nothing better than a pair of short shorts on a hot summer day, but truth be told I do not feel the least bit attractive in a pair of shorts. Jeans though always make me feel incredibly attractive. Granted, it’s probably got a lot to do with the fact that I’m 6’4″ with seriously long legs, but regardless there’s better than a great fitting pair of jeans.

While I love the light washes and frayed jeans that we see plenty of in the warmer months there’s something extra special to me about fall denim. The dark washes, the greys and blacks, and minimal distressing. It’s the peak time for looking your best in jeans. They look great with whatever you’re going to wear, and thanks to the darker washes that are more prevalent this time of year they can be easily dressed up or down.

  • I love a good pair of jeans. They’re the best item to wear for my job (I move around a lot and need items which withstand wear).
