The weather didn’t get below 60 degrees (during the day) this weekend, and while I did walk out the door yesterday for brunch in this scarf and speckled button-down shirt expecting to be dressed appropriately for the weather – you know, it being November and all – I was sorely mistaken.

As the day went on the shirt and scarf definitely came in handy, but as I was riding in the passenger seat of housemates’ car I lost both the shirt and the scarf before we made it to Toast for brunch. Word on the street is that we’re expected to have a mild winter this year, and by the looks of it – this may be one rumor I actually believe.
