Denim Vest

It’s official. Fall is in the air in Louisville, and I couldn’t be happier about it. It was definitely still a little warm outside, but I was able to drive around with the windows down, which felt heavenly. I was also able to wear this denim vest without sweating my life away, which also felt heavenly. Denim vests are great to layer with in the cooler months with your flannels and button-down shirts, but they can also come in handy when wearing a tank by itself just won’t cut it.

Wore this outfit last night when we completed our final walkthrough for the inaugural Connecting Things event here in Louisville, and I’m more than looking forward to it. There’s still some time to register and enjoy connecting with new creatives in Louisville over treats + coffee from Please & Thank You, and I’m actually baking up some goodies to bring along as well. If that’s not enough to talk you into seeing what we’re all about, I’m not sure what will be.
