I tend to focus on what’s coming next, what I’m working on, and often times forget to enjoy the moment. It wasn’t until I received a late Christmas gift that I really realized that though. I’m always so busy hoping, wishing, and dreaming for what I’m working on next that I miss what’s right in front of me. While I’ll never stop planning total world domination I am resolving in 2015 to stop and smell the roses more often. In other words I’m going to lighten up because I’ve only got one life left to live.

Besides lightening up and not taking myself so seriously I also opted for a light and bright sweatshirt from 21Men to counteract one of the dreariest and coldest days Louisville has seen in a minute. If the weather’s got you feeling blue keep reading to shop some of my favorites from 21Men to ward off those seasonal affective disorder woes.

I had that moment of clarity in the tail-end of 2014, to stop and just live and enjoy. There’s a quote, I’m not sure of the origin, that states, “We all have two lives, the second begins the moment we realize we only have one.” Deep stuff. Very much words to help lighten up.

    Enjoy your New Year.
