It feels like yesterday that we welcomed the 1st of October, and now today the month’s already half over. If your parents were anything like mine they always told me to not wish away my youth because time flies the older you get, and while I’m not one to agree with my parents on much I’m going to have to side with them on this one.
Actually had that exact same conversation during a date last night (and yes, it was a good date, actually), and we both agreed that this year has flown by. While I’m incredibly excited to welcome fall and cooler weather with open arms I’m left looking back at the whirlwind year that it’s been. I’m thankful for what’s transpired, hopeful for what’s to come, and scared shitless about it all. Who’s with me?
