After a recent trip to Silver Dollar I thought it was time to make a mule for myself at home, and after admiring my ever-growing liquor cabinet selection I decided on making a Grapefruit Thyme Mule. And let me tell you, they were the perfect cocktail to cool down after a long, hot day with. Find out how to make them after the jump!
Grapefruit Thyme Mule
2 oz. Absolut Ruby Red Vodka
2 oz. Fresh Squeeze Grapefruit Juice
4 oz. Ginger Beer
Sprig(s) of Thyme
1. Add ice to copper mug
2. Combine grapefruit juice, vodka, and ginger beer in mug
