If you’ve not invested in copper mugs yet, then now is your PSA to do so. Seriously though. Best. Invention. Ever. Especially when it comes to keeping cocktails cold when it’s this hot outside. After a recent trip to Silver Dollar I thought it was time to make a mule for myself at home, and after admiring my ever-growing liquor cabinet selection I decided on making a Grapefruit Thyme Mule. And let me tell you, they were the perfect cocktail to cool down after a long, hot day with. Find out how to make them after the jump!
Grapefruit Thyme Mule
Ingredients:Β
2 oz. Absolut Ruby Red Vodka
2 oz. Fresh Squeeze Grapefruit Juice
4 oz. Ginger Beer
Sprig(s) of Thyme
Instructions:
1. Add ice to copper mug
2. Combine grapefruit juice, vodka, and ginger beer in mug
3. Stir with sprig of thyme to combine
4. Enjoy!
