- 2 oz. Figenza Vodka
- 2 oz. Ginger Kombucha
- 1 oz. Lemon Thyme Agave Simple Syrup
- In small sauce pan bring 1 cup water, 1 cup agave, and bundle of lemon thyme to boil. Remove from heat, allow to cool to room temperature.
- Combine Figenza and simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice, shake until chilled, top with kombucha before pouring into prepared glass, garnish with remaining lemon thyme.
