My travel schedule has been more than a little insane lately, and when my schedule gets hectic my diet definitely suffers. By diet I don’t mean that I’m on a diet, I mean that I often times forget to eat. Seriously some days (read that most days) I look up from my computer, see that it’s 6 pm, and realize that I’ve completely forgotten to eat that day. I blame it on the copious amounts of coffee that I drink because we all know that drinking a lot of coffee can impact how our bodies realize our hunger. It’s also a very, very serious possibility that I don’t want to take a break from work in order to cook, because it usually turns into a much longer process than originally expected.
