These photos were taken last week, which after the last couple of days feels like an eternity ago, at the Louisville Orchestra’s performance of Eroica at The Kentucky Center for the Arts during one of their Coffee Concert Series. If you didn’t get a chance to see Teddy Abrams conducting alongside natives like Jalin Roze – you seriously missed out. But not to worry, they next few are sure to be just as good.
Like I said above, the last few days have seemed forever long. We were only at the funeral home for 7 hours yesterday, but it felt like one of the longest days of my life – the constant downpour outside certainly didn’t help. Keep your fingers crossed that the rain gives us a little bit of a break today. And before I forget, here’s a big thank you to everyone for the kind words and for being there for me these last couple of days. My grandma was the first person in my immediate family that I lost in my adult years, and it’s hitting a little bit harder than I had imagined.
