Well, I’m happy to say that I’m unpacked and set up at Hudson Hotel for this season’s NYFW. Travel days when heading into the city for fashion week are always the LONGEST days, ever. Yesterday was no exception. Up at 4 a.m. to finish packing and get ready to fly out of Louisville at 7 a.m. with a meeting with Christian Louboutin as soon as I landed (if you didn’t see on Instagram I’m wearing some of their shoes this season at the shows), the presentations at NYMD, and dinner with the gang at BareBurger (burgers and beers were just what the doctor ordered).

While I did miss the morning presentations at NYMD (New York Men’s Day) I did get the chance to take to check out that evenings presentations, which included Carlos Campos, Chapter, Gents, Hickey Freeman, J. Lindeberg, and Timo Weiland. All the collections were spot on this season, but my personal favorites were definitely Gents, J. Lindeberg, and Timo Weiland.
