Black tie looks are certainly not common place for me. When this time of year rolls around I begin racking my brain to try and figure out what to wear. Luckily for me I meandered across this sequined shirt from Zara’s Beat collection and fell in love almost instantly. Black tie looks can often times feel so mundane and tired, I always try and shake it up a bit. Sequins are a New Years Eve staple, for the ladies, and it’s about time we see some of the fun on the men’s side as well! These shiny new weejuns from my friends over at G.H. Bass were the perfect way to complete the classic outfit with a twist. Before you go thinking loafers are grandpa shoes, do yourself a favor and check out their selection. They have been around for years, but Bass is doing an impeccable job at taking this classic silhouette and making it something perfect for the younger generations.
