“I’m stronger because I had to be, I’m smarter because of my mistakes, happier because of the sadness I’ve known, and now wiser because I learned.”
Having a blog is a blessing and a curse. I’m never as good as the first, sometimes better than the last, but almost always living with a case of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). Being in Kentucky makes this all the worse as I follow bloggers from New York, Los Angeles, and everywhere in between, and last night I was sitting in the car with a friend after dinner pouring over an Instagram feed that we were both envious of when I realized something. I may not be what any of those other bloggers are, and I may never been as pretty as this one, as funny as that one, or take as good of photos as another, but I’ve got my own unique voice and plenty of stories to tell.
On a more fashion related note, these Levi’s Made & Crafted Jeans from East Dane might honestly be the most well made pair of jeans that I’ve tried to squeeze my long, lanky frame into. They’re certainly a higher price point than traditional Levi’s denim, but it’s well worth it. 140 years ago, Levi Strauss invented a simple blue jean that would forever change the way America, and the rest of the world, dressed. Levi’s Made & Crafted builds on that legacy by designing tomorrow’s classics using today’s best materials and construction techniques.
