Well, ALMOST back to reality. After an incredibly long day of travel yesterday this post is coming at you from the ATL. That’s right, I’ve still not made it home after almost an entire day spend in flight yesterday. Why? I’ve got Delta to thank for this one. Our flight out of Mexico City was delayed over an hour, which meant by the time we got through customs, rechecked our baggage, and made it through security our flight had already departed. The real kicker? Since the flight delay “was out of their hands” Delta was no help in any way/shape/form – which wasn’t exactly what I wanted at the end of a week-long vacation, but is what it is, right?
For now I’m enjoying the fact that I’m back state side, and that I once again have reliable WiFi. Also, that at this time tomorrow I’ll be snug us a bug in a rug in my own bed. More on all my Mexico adventures in tomorrow’s Tuesday Tip, stay tuned!
