Muscle tees aren’t meant to be worn with muscles, right?
UGH, after watching Tammy the other day I realized I’m probably not the guy that’s meant to be wearing muscle tees, but god dammit, I really enjoy wearing them, especially ones like this from Obey (and it’s on sale). They fit great and let a nice breeze in so that I don’t get too hot, a necessity for this weekend at Forecastle Festival. I’ve never been one that’s big on rocking sweat pants in public, but when I found these shorts at Urban Outfitters a few weeks back I had to give them a go. The contrasting waistband with the bright drawstrings keep them from feeling like I’d wear them to the gym, but keep them comfy enough for a day where I’ll be hustling all over Waterfront Park. Another sock tip for the weekend: Richer PoorerΒ makes some killer socks, but sometimes they’re a little too tall to wear with shorts. If that’s the case for you too, try folding the elastic band inside the rest of the suck then sliding them down. Tucking the band at the top in keeps them from bunching up as you slide them down closer to your ankle.
