Today I’m going to be real with y’all. This week has not been my favorite, and I’m man enough to admit that. While it may look like I’ve got all my ducks in a row, but more often than not I’m faking it until I make it (a lil something that I learned from my days in hair school). Because of that some days are better than others, and in this case some weeks are better than others. Starting my week off with the hangover to end all hangovers didn’t exactly set me up for success, but looking back it’s a reminder that for the time being I need to focus on faking it until I make it and not drinking myself silly. Which.. I’m actually more than ok with. It’s gotten to the point where I actually enjoy staying home solo, tuning into Netflix, and working into the wee hours of the morning. One thing I do need to work on though is learning to take it one day at a time. Right now, I’m definitely not good at it. I’m more worried about what’s happening 2 months down the road that I forget to enjoy the moment(s) in the moment. Starting today I’m going to do my best to ride the wave, take it a day at a time, and slow down a little more.
But first, let’s talk about this grey tee. By now y’all know how much I love a white tee, and grey tees come in a close second. Bonus points if they’re as comfy as this one is. Seriously though, it’s one of the most comfy tees I’ve probably ever put on my body. Besides the comfy factor it fits loose, but not too lose that I look like I have more love handles than I actually do. I picked it up on one of my latest shopping excursions on East Dane from Mollusk, and I can’t wait to pick up a few more of their tees next time around.
