I can’t believe we’re rolling up on the second Holiday season for The Kentucky Gent, and while several things have changed some things will always stay the same, like how I dress for the Holidays and how many cookies I’ll make and subsequently consume. I’ve never been one to dress up any time of year, why break tradition now? Instead of stuffing myself into an itchy sweater or trying to tie my own tie – I can do it, private school boy after all, I just hate doing now – I opt for slipping on something that I’d always wear in a color appropriate for the time of year, one of my favorites for the Holidays is wine colored anything. Boozy? Maybe. Appropriate? Always. Not sure what other colors land in that category? Think rich tones like reds, wines, blues, or deep greens, or just shop some of my favorites below.
