1 Cup Honey
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp. Dried Lavender
Honey Lavender Latte
Ice
1 oz. Honey Lavender Simple Syrup
2 oz. Coconut Milk
Dried Lavender
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium-high heat.
Heat thoroughly until all honey is dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before pouring into an airtight container through a fine mesh strainer.
Fill glass with ice.
Add simple syrup and coconut milk to glass.
Pour 2 Volutto capsules into prepared glass.
Top with dried lavender and enjoy!
