- 2 oz. Santera Reposado Tequila
- 1.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 2 oz. Persimmon puree
- Cinnamon + Sugar mixture
- Ice
Instructions
- Run lime wedge around rim of glass, then press glass several times into cinnamon + sugar mixture to coat rim of glass.
- Combine Santera Reposado Tequila, lime juice, and persimmon puree in cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously to combine, and then strain into a prepared glass.

Persimmon Puree
3-4 persimmons, peeled and cubed Agave nectar
Peel, cube, and place persimmons in blender or food processor Add agave nectar to taste and pulse until smooth
