1 1/2 oz. Santera Añejo Tequila
3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Orange liqueur
3/4 oz. Agave syrup
1 tsp. Matcha powder
Matcha Sugar Rim
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. Matcha powder
Instructions
- Run lime wedge around rim of glass, then press glass several times into sugar + matcha mixture to coat rim of glass
- Combine Santera Añejo Tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, matcha and agave syrup in cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously to combine, and then strain into a prepared glass
