- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2–3 tbsp. dried lavender or 1 tbsp. fresh lavender
- 2 oz. Finlandia Vodka
- 1 ½ oz. Lavender Syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Combine water, sugar, and lavender in medium sized saucepan on stove. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, and then allow to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Pour syrup through fine mesh strainer into a sealable container and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake to combine, and then pour through fine mesh strainer into prepared cocktail glass.
