And just like that the first NYFWM is over and done with. I’ve seen some great runways shows and collections, met some incredible people, and actually made a pretty big decision. If all goes according to plan I’m going to be subletting an apartment in the city in September for Fashion Week, and then to try out my hand at living in the city once the shows are over. The New York Gent kind of has a nice ring to it, right?

Totally kidding. I’ll always be The Kentucky Gent, but definitely keep your fingers crossed for me. I’m keeping this one short to go out and explore the city a little bit more before heading home to Kentucky in the morning. See what I’m up to over on Instagram + SnapChat (@TheKentuckyGent).

If you’re looking to come to NYC as a blogger and need some photos taken I seriously couldn’t recommend Lydia more. She’s incredibly speedy at getting proofs + finished images to you, plus she’s a ton of fun to shoot with. We actually breezed through our shoot and were done an hour ahead of schedule.

    • THANK YOU! Right now it’ll just be for that month to test the waters and see how I do, and who knows I may not
Be able to find a place on so short notice. But after some meetings this week I kind of realized I’ve hit my peak where I am currently, and I’m ready for a challenge.
