One of my favorite things about New York? All the parks. They pop up like little oases in the concrete jungle. They’re great for taking a load off, or for taking pictures as you can see from today’s post. Granted, I’m not in New York, but Louisville does have some great little parks as well. This one is right across from one of my favorite places in town, 21c. I wrapped up my day there yesterday with the committee members of an event that I’m more than happy to be on board for. I’m lucky enough to be one of the ambassadors for this years Idea Festival’s Taste of Innovation. The purpose of Taste of Innovation is to showcase the farm to table restaurants in Louisville with an innovative approach to how they prepare and serve food. I’ll be announcing the restaurants I’ll be covering next week, and I’m sure if you follow along on my Instagram feed you’ve got a good guess at the first one.
