What’s screams America more than a stars and stripes tank top with denim cut offs? Well, in my opinion not a lot, unless you’re wearing that in a middle of a garden leaning up against a fence. Go big, or go home, right?

This whole week long series thing on the blog is actually turning out to be more fun than I thought it would be. I honestly thought about not doing red, white, and blue outfits this week, but then thought why not, it couldn’t hurt, and it’s been one of the most fun weeks I’ve had shooting looks and putting together posts, minus the fact that it’s been literally painful to take photos due to the heat outside. In weather as warm as this I’ll always opt for shorts and a tank top, but if you’re worried about it being too casual my advice would be to not worry. If you’re not up for taking that advice try wearing a printed tank top with denim shorts for day time and switching into a more tailored short and solid tank top for the night. Plus, if you’re luck me in this heat you’ll need at least one outfit change.

Stylishly and Warmly Yours,

Josh Johnson
