It’s a beautiful Sunday in Kentucky. Which I’ve celebrated by busting out one of my favorites from this summer. The weather today reminds of the San Diego when I visited last Fall, shorts and a hoodie kind of temperature. I kept it casual and simple for a busy day of pulling outfits and prepping for a photo shoot. Some may say I look a little homeless in this one, but I was going for more of the beach bum look ;).

Today.. I’m missing California more so than usual. Granted I’ve only visited a handful of times, but you know when you feel at home somewhere, there’s nothing like it in the world. Sitting by the water reading, running down the beach, soaking up the rays, eating outdoors all day, every day, and the list goes on and on. What’s not to like about the best coast? Which is why I CAN’T wait to visit for a week in January. Perfect way to start the New Year, and to make some new connections in that market. After all.. I’ve always said that by 25 I want to be living out there. So this coming year is my year to make it or break it, which is why I think now was the perfect time to start this blog.
